Daredevil Cast Revealed, New Spider-Man Animated Movie Trailer Revealed

There’s a real Spider-Man buzz in the air right now. While this is mostly due to Spider-Man: No Way Home hitting the big screen in just a matter of weeks, Marvel and Sony have also revealed more information about Spidey plans to come.

First up, the news we’ve all been waiting for: Charlie Cox will be (re) cast as Daredevil, should the character appear in the MCU in the future.

There have been a lot of rumors about Daredevil coming to the MCU and it’s pretty clear that fans wouldn’t be happy unless Charlie Cox is back in the Red Suit. Indeed, his three seasons as Daredevil in the Netflix series, as well as a stint in The Defenders, have proven that he is the best actor to play the blind superhero.

And now we’ve confirmed Cox will be Daredevil, thanks to Kevin Feige talk to CinemaBlend about the situation: “If you were to see Daredevil in things to come, Charlie Cox, yes, would be the actor playing Daredevil. Where we see that, how we see that, when we see that, remains to be seen,” he notes. .

That’s big news and we may see the character soon, with Hawkeye currently hinting at some Kingpin-style shenanigans on his show and the many rumors that Daredevil is making his return to No Way Home.

If that wasn’t enough for Spider-Man’s goodness, we’ve got a new trailer for the Spider-Man Sequel Into The Spider-Verse. The film is titled Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse (Part One) and begins with the note: “Meanwhile in another universe”.

Miles Morales and Spider-Gwen are back for another adventure, and the animation in the new trailer is absolutely breathtaking. The film is released on October 22, 2022.
