HOLLYWOOD, CA (November 21, 2018) Paramount Pictures today announced that on Saturday, December 8, fans at select theaters in the United States and Canada will have the option to attend paid early access screenings for its latest film from the Transformers series, Bumblebee, starring Hailee Steinfeld.

Fans attending the one-day event will be able to see the film on the big screen almost two weeks before it opens nationwide on December 21. Tickets will be on sale at prevailing prices at participating locations, and each admission includes a ticket to the movie, bonus content, and a Hasbro Transformers: Tiny Turbo Changers movie toy, while supplies last. Tickets go on sale Wednesday, November 21 at BumblebeeMovie.com, as well as at the ticket offices of participating theaters and at the ticketing sites of the respective exhibitors.

The film is set in 1987, where, on the run, Bumblebee finds refuge in a junkyard in a small Californian seaside town. Charlie (Hailee Steinfeld), about to turn 18 and trying to find his place in the world, discovers Bumblebee, scarred by battle and broken. When Charlie revives him, she quickly learns that this is no ordinary yellow VW bug. In addition to Steinfeld, the film stars John Cena, Jorge Lendeborg Jr., John Ortiz, Jason Drucker, Pamela Adlon and Stephen Schneider.
