New Scream movie trailer has been rated and will hit theaters soon



Ready or Not (Look at this HERE) from directors Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett Scream the film should be released on January 14, 2022, and it looks like we’ll see the trailer for this new Scream movie very soon – in fact, it could be screened in theaters this weekend, so hopefully it will be live next week. Prince Charles Cinema in London was the first to reveal that the trailer will be released soon, as their website mentions that anyone who attends the 25th anniversary screening of the Wes Craven original Scream October 11 will have “the chance to be one of the first audiences in the world to see the trailer for the franchise’s next installment, Scream (2022). ” Now fans at have found out that a 2 minute and 21 second trailer for the new film has been approved for airing in the Canadian province of Alberta and is expected to arrive in theaters on. October 10. at Wes Craven Scream will be screened in Cineplex theaters across Canada starting October 8.

Fathom Events also brings the original Scream to select theaters across the United States for a two-night event on October 10 and 11. So now we’re keeping our fingers crossed and hoping that the trailer will air during these screenings.

Although the new film is simply titled Scream, it follows the other four Screams, starring franchise stars Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox and David Arquette as Sidney Prescott, Gale Weathers and Dewey Riley. Scream 4‘s Marley Shelton is also reprising her role as Judy Hicks.

The returning stars are joined in the cast by Melissa Barrera, Jenna Ortega, Mason Gooding, Dylan Minnette, Jack Quaid, Mikey Madison, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Kyle Gallner and Sonia Ammar. Barrera’s character is called Samantha Carpenter. The actress said,

[Directors] Mast [Bettinelli-Olpin] and Tyler [Gillett] bring their freshness to it, but we honor Wes [Craven]. I think it will make the fans happy, but also attract a new audience for the movies, which I’m passionate about.

The storyline of this news Scream was written by James Vanderbilt and Guy Busick. Vanderbilt also produced the film for Project X Entertainment, alongside Paul Neinstein and William Sherak. Chad Villella and Kevin Williamson, screenwriter of the original Scream, serve as executive producers.

While the previous films were released by Dimension, this Scream comes to us from Paramount and Spyglass.
